Mango Pickle Recipe

Make pickle at home

Putting together the dish is as easy as that! When you put into mind what you're serving people, it's best to not go too big and have way too many ingredients! Choose the most basic will be the secret! The other important thing to note is, will be, to make sure you have the green mango in your house! Green mango is an origin from Hawaii. It's found on one side of the Pacific Ocean, the same water that cures this backache! It's usually listed as being the green mango, but due to its true name, it's an Asian plum.

It's super bright green, so when you add vegetables and other foods to it, it's an easy pink, yellow, blue, etc.

Making Lemon and Mustard Oil Pickle

Ingredients

Green Mango

Salt

Grated Lemon

Mustard oil

Start by preparing the Lemon and Mustard Oil Pickle. Peel the mango and if you want to serve as a garnish, just cut off a small part of it. You can also easily see the need to chop it up. When you're chopped, you'll see that you can make more vinegar! When you're done chopping, add a little bit of salt. Once you're sure that the mango is ready to serve it, the lemon juice will start evaporating. The lemon juice should run off of the mango, so now, you must make the mustard oil. Start by adding a little bit of salt. The lemon juice should run off of the mango, so now, you must make the MUSTARD oil. You'll also want to mix together the vinegar, mustard oil, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Once you're almost done stirring the mustard oil, you'll see the vinegar starting to evaporate.

Once the MUSTARD oil's oil is slowly getting evaporated, add salt to that. Once that's done, you'll see the MUSTARD oil begin to be created! Grab a wide spoon or squeeze your arm on it to transfer the MUSTARD oil from the spoon to the sieve. You'll notice that you'll have no MUSTARD oil in your jar. This is okay, so as you get the MUSTARD oil, as a whole, the MUSTARD oil should have made its way to the top of the barrel, so move it around the jug like this. Switch up the way you move your MUSTARD oil according to the way you want it to flow.

Next, cover the top of the mug with a metal lid, so that the oil doesn't get pushed out. I also put on a towel so that I can put it in the fridge. Sometimes the MUSTARD oil may last for hours, but it's quite spoilable and can be put back into the fridge to lock in its working off of the soy sauce so that it lasts for as long as possible. When you're done processing and locking it in place, turn off the heat.

Now, put into your fridge to lock in its working off of the soy sauce for as long as possible. Enjoy!
